WHY MY PHONE IS MAKING NOISE, ? AND I CANT USE IT

 1,  first what is talkback mode,

talkback mode is a screen reader that gives feedback on what you tap or select on 
your phone screen, so that you can use your device without looking at it,
most of these functions are made for blind people.

2, How does it on itself?

normally it does not  turn on by itself you mistakenly on it by over pressing the 

screen in your pocket or press both volume up and volume down,

3, How to turn it off,

we have many ways to off-talkback mode on our phones...

1,  go to android settings 

2,  scroll down to other settings

3, go to accessibility

4, double-tap on  talkback and turn it off,

2) Turn it off  automatically,

press and hold both volume up and volume down together 

until you hear the phone says  talkback off,,,
